The London Street Photography Festival is fast approaching, setting up to let loose in The City on August 25th through the 27th! So now is the time to get your work submitted for the four contests being held. The deadline is less than one month away… July 9th!
The competitions are Single Photograph, Photo Series, London Photograph and Under 21s. All finalists of the first three competitions will be exhibited during the festival. Winning photographs in the Under 21s will be printed and exhibited in London during the festival. The Under 21s contest is highlighted by the fact that all entrants must be 21 years of age or younger at the deadline date. There is no cost to submit photos for that contest and the winner gets some great prizes in addition to having their work exhibited. Additional prizes include: free portfolio review at the festival, free submission at next year’s festival in any category and other additional prizes. Judges for the Under 21s will be Roland Ramanan and Alison Adcock.
The other contests also feature stellar prizes. The Single Photograph and Series contest will award the winners: a personal exhibition at next year’s festival, a £500 cash prize, publication in the Art Photo Feature magazine and other prizes. The London Photograph contest winner will also receive publication in the Art Photo Feature magazine and a £300 cash prize. And check out this killer list of judges: Richard Bram, Vineet Vohra, Gabi Ben Avbraham, Forrest Walker, Davide Albani, Giacomo Vesprini, Pau Llobet Buscato, Peter Dench, Rammy Narula, Yves Vernin, Maria Plotnikova, Siri Thompson, Fabio Fagu Costa, Kristin Van den Eede, Fabian Schreyer and Mats Alfredsson!
