Become the Star in a Brand New Photography TV Show!

A new TV show called ‘Master of Photography’ will be launching soon on Sky Arts and they are looking for photographers!

Appear on TV as a Photographer!

12 contestants will be selected by an international committee of photography and art experts to take part in a competition to find the Best New European Photographer. Over the course of 8 weeks these contestants will compete in a variety of challenges to assess their creativity, instinct and versatility, whilst receiving guidance from a lineup of world class photographers and experts.

What does the winner get?

The winning contestant will be awarded the prestigious title of Best New European Photographer, a €150,000 prize, and a personal exhibition and exhibition catalogue.

How do I enter?

The contest is open to both amateur and professional photographers. Submit your entry to the online casting session for the Sky Arts Master of Photography on the show’s website at: You will need to complete a form, and supply a portfolio with 5 to 10 photos, together with a short video presentation lasting no more than 2 minutes. In this presentation, you must speak in English.

Rules for Submitting and Deadline

  • This is officially an English language TV show, so you must have an excellent understanding of both spoken and written English.
  • You must legally reside in Europe.
  • You must be older than 18.
  • Remove watermarks from the photos you submit.
  • The deadline for the submissions is midnight on Thursday 10th December 2015.
